thank you everyone for your flexibility this morning yes oh my goodness I hope everyone had a fun time playing and all this noses a couple of days we have a lot to celebrate you in terms of our learning over the last couple days we had quite a start today we had three buses that do not have a driver so we appreciate your patience and your flexibility this morning wanted to make sure that all are bulldogs got into the building safely this morning so we are ready we're going to start our Friday announcements it is Friday February 1st your announcements are brought to you by Prince of ocean or Ryan and Dean Williamson I think mrs. your heart we're so glad you're here take a moment to pause bruh moment of silence okay thank you yes and happy Black History Month we are celebrating all month and we would like to begin with explaining a little bit about what is Black History Month Miss Williamson do you want to do this Slide the month of February nationally recognized as Black History Month dedicated to exploring the stories and accomplishments of African-Americans throughout US history this week we get to recognize every Friday and our fifth grade students are are going to help us we are going to recognize notable creators and inventors in 2009 this lovely Mikaila Ulmer was selling her lemonade in front of her house inspired by her great-grandmother's 1940s recipe using honey from local beekeepers with a special ingredient flaxseed the lemonade still very well and she was asked by a local pizza shop Supply her product to it which is I'll bottling her lemonade started since our humble beginnings McKayla has donated 10% of the profits to Charities that are concerned with saving the bees you can learn a little bit more about this Creator will share the slide with your teacher more information understandable speaking also means you are not mumbling sometimes it's hard to speak clearly if you are shy or nervous if this happens tried taking a deep breath and trying again okay I have some very special guests and here they are our members of our student counselor here to talk to us about our Valentine's Day fundraiser all right hold on one second I emailed all right take it away and My Name and sticky hands pencils for $41.25 each multi $2 sticky hands $1 all proceeds will be donated to a new formerly known as ssss started by Churchill student council I'm right let's hear it first do you think I'm handsome I hope I hope everyone is able to support this wonderful cause yes I have a few other things go we have Valentine's Day around the corner and our special 22222 day at we have lots of fun activities planned for that day trimester to Celebration and Paul winners. operation I heard about what that's going to be and you do not want to miss that you better earn those pies congratulations to our entire building for 2 days successfully learning can you find yourself that you're up there somewhere amazing job so much learning going on I'm so proud of all of you we had been I'm going on we had Braxton we're going on we had reading I even got invited to a scavenger hunt yesterday it was so much fun thank you everyone for all of your hard work you're some more I couldn't put them all on the slides you guys did so well yesterday give yourself a round of applause a pat on the back and really proud of all of you for your hard work important announcement today starting today make sure that you remember bus riders only will be dismissed at the 313 valve bus students should walk quietly in a lines were there your designated you will have staff members who are monitoring to make sure that you were doing your Bulldog best out the door to your bus quiet line and in control all walkers in car riders you will be dismissed at 3:15 staff you will be walking out with those students and monitoring students as they had home or to their designated waiting area in a safe and orderly fashion this is a point Bulldogs that we need to grow in you are still at school and we expect for you to follow our Bulldog expectations all the way home and even when you are at home so please make sure you remember your Bulldog best at all times okay happy Birthday everyone
