Williamson alright Bulldog footstock about emotion management this week we're talking about feelings in our bodies everyone a lot of different feelings we feel these feelings in our bodies some feelings are comfortable and others are are uncomfortable but all of our feelings that we feel are okay this week I want you to take notice What feelings you have pay attention to the clues in your body and in the situation to help you understand how you feel think about which feelings are comfortable for you and which ones are uncomfortable and see if you can name your feelings this is great advice and I know this week we've gone through a lot of change so I think it's important that you think about those feelings and know it's okay to feel that they also know you have people you can reach out to if you're feeling some uncomfortable feelings and needs some help all right it's women's History Month March is National Women's History Month schools and communities all over the country celebrate and commemorate the amazing things that women have accomplished in country and not just for women but for other disenfranchised people who live in the US it all started when Clara zetkin organized internet women's day on March 19th 1911 this annual event was about promoting peace and women's rights I'm right coming up Church Bulldogs March 26th we have an early dismissal much like today today was a special day you had a special schedule we're going to have some very exciting fun events planned for that day because it also plans to be the day before break it is right around the corner bulldogs so stay strong work hard know that there's a break coming in the near future for us to get and enjoy some of this beautiful sunshine yeah alright so coming up next is mind celebrate you know where to put my krowd happy birthday look at dogs birthday Jason Carly Brianna Kristen akari Hayden Richard and ba bird happy birthday happy birthday happy birthday sister Lily we hope you all enjoyed your birthdays or we'll enjoy your birthday we're so glad we get to celebrate with you next Friday on Friday theme will be wear your favorite color day all right what are your colors my favorite color is pink what about you said okay my blue so I'll be looking for a favorite colors next week alright let's talk about our quote of the week from The Playbook Rule 25 in the face of opposition a well time crossover just might give you enough space to execute the play and score Steph Curry said make it work no matter what you have to work with that's something that stuff with me very early on as a point guard adjust get creative try a different angle a different Lane different mu or a different shot just make it work alright Bulldogs remember be safe be responsible and be respectful have a great rest of your day Bulldogs I have a good weekend enjoy the sunshine get out there
