Welcome to third grade!! My name is Marisa Alborn. This is my 13th year of teaching at Churchill and my 20th year of teaching overall. I have two masters and I am a certified Reading Specialist. This will be my 6th year teaching with Miss. Hogan as Co-teachers. We have a lot of fun and can't wait to have fun learning with you! I have also been a resident of Homewood for the past 18 years. All of my children have gone through the Homewood Schools. I am a big animal lover and have three pets at home. I love to talk about their silly adventures. I am, a huge cubs fan. Go Cubbies! I am very proud to call this town my home and this district my teaching "home". I recently just became Nationally Board Certified and I am deeply committed to guiding your child to their highest potential.
