Hi, everyone! 

 

My name is Payton White and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Churchill School. I grew up in Homewood, so I know just how amazing this community is, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it. This is my second year teaching and I couldn't be more excited to continue this wonderful, lifelong journey as an educator. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May of 2020 with my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and minor in Psychology. I absolutely love education and learning, and I can't wait to teach and learn with all of your children this school year!

 

I also love to travel and explore new cities and different places around the world. I've been to three countries in Europe, one in Asia, and I can't wait to visit more places as time goes on. When I travel, one of my favorite parts about it is trying new foods and taking pictures of all the beautiful sights around me. I also LOVE to laugh, have fun, and spend time with my family and friends. :)
