Hi everyone! My name is Amy Edwards and I am so excited to be your 3rd grade teacher this year! I love teaching and I love learning!
My education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education from Indiana University Northwest
- Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from St. Xavier University
- Master's Degree (anticipated May 2021) in Educational Leadership from Indiana University Northwest
Teaching Experience:
- 2 years of teaching experience in Dubai
- 5 years of teaching/leadership experiences in Park Forest, IL
Hobbies:
- I LOVE traveling! My goal is always to visit as many states and countries as I can. So far, my favorite country I have visited is Thailand.
- Running, bike riding, and any type of outdoor activity
Fun Facts:
- I am terrified of dogs and cats
- I can't whistle or blink
- I can crack my wrists, ankles, and back all at the same time, can you?
